Warranty Process
Warranty Process:
- Contact 14Point7 for Warranty Return Authorization.
- Only ship the control unit back, sensors/cables/etc... unless agreed before hand should not be shipped back.
- Package the product in a secure manner with adequate cushioning. Any product with exposed contacts must be package in an anti-static bag.
- If authorization is provided via email, please print the email and include it in the shipment.
- It is your responsibility to pay for shipping the product to 14Point7
- Mark the package as "Warranty Return", mark the package value as $10 USD
- Send the product to:
