I had a friend make a surround for display and when he hooked the power up to the JAW(1.03) board, he reversed the power and ground  Angry Shocked

The trace on the back side of the board right after the 12V in melted and I think thats all that went wrong.  Where do I start or can I send it back for repair?  This is a board that came assembled.

Thanks!

When did you order the unit. I give a 1 year warranty on my stuff, I will cover you even if you miswired it.

If you can repair the 12v, the only component that should be toast is D1 the diode. You can either cut it out, you will not have over votlage protection. Or replace it with the same, 1n4746.

Woah didn't see your reply!
It's been well over a year since I ordered it.  I'd like to send it to you, then send payment for repair, and have you send it back if possible.  Could you reply to my @hotmail.com address?  Its donn29 at hotmail
